Pole Buildings
Post-frame is the fastest way to get a lot of covered space. Ours are engineered, permitted, and finished a long way past what you get from a kit.
Post-frame garages, workshops, barns, and storage buildings built for Western Pennsylvania snow loads.
Post-frame construction is the practical way to get a big garage, workshop, or equipment building without the cost of a conventional foundation and framing. JP Construction handles the whole job: JP Operations grades the pad, we set the posts and trusses, pour the floor, run the electric, and finish the metal roof and siding. Everything is permitted and engineered for the snow loads and freeze-thaw cycles we get here.

How We Handle Pole Buildings
Site & Size
We evaluate access, drainage, and setbacks, then size the building and door configuration around how you will actually use it.
Permit & Engineer
Engineered drawings and permit applications are handled for you, including any township zoning requirements.
Grade & Set
The pad is excavated and graded in-house, then posts, trusses, and framing are set straight and true.
Skin & Finish
Metal roof and siding, concrete floor, doors, and electric are completed to the finish level you choose.
