A custom home is a long project with a lot of decisions in it. JP Construction builds both conventional stick-framed homes and barndominiums, which are post-frame homes that give you open floor plans and workshop or garage space under one roof. Our sister company JP Operations clears and grades the lot and puts in the foundation, so the earthwork and the house are coordinated by the same people. One project manager runs the job from the first site walk to the final inspection.

Most room additions take 8-16 weeks from permit approval to completion, depending on size and complexity. Second-story additions and multi-room projects run 16-24 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule before any work begins.

Yes. Our Design & Engineering service includes coordinating with licensed architects and designers to produce construction drawings from your concept or rough sketch. We work with several local professionals and can make recommendations based on your project type.
