JP Construction is family owned and based in North Huntingdon. We started in 2015and have grown mostly on referrals from people whose houses, garages, and buildings we have already worked on. You deal with the same project manager from the estimate to the final walkthrough, and if something changes on the job, you hear about it from us first.
JP Construction operates as the residential and commercial construction division ofJP Operations, an excavation, site work, and civil concrete contractor that has worked across Western Pennsylvania for years. On most of our jobs that means the grading, foundation prep, and utilities are done by our own crews and our own equipment instead of being subbed out to someone we have never worked with.

You get an itemized estimate in writing before any work starts. If conditions change, you get a written change order to approve before we proceed, not a surprise on the invoice.

We do not start a job we cannot staff. If weather or a supplier pushes a date, you hear it from us the same day.

The person who walks the site with you on day one runs the job to the end. You always know who to call, and they always know where things stand.
We Fix What Is Not Right
If something is off at the walkthrough, we fix it. That is part of the job, not an extra.
